Yes! We recommend you book your appointment as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred day and time. The best way to guarantee a time and date ideal for you is to book your next appointment as you leave.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. You may be asked to complete a consultation form before your treatment or simply relax in the lounge area.

If for any reason you arrive past your booked appointment time, we will do our best to complete your full treatment, however this is not always possible and you will be charged for the full amount of the original booking due to your lateness.

We kindly request 48 hour’s notice should you need to change or cancel a booking.

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hour’s notice will incur a $40 cancellation fee to be processed at the time of cancellation.

We are unable to accept cancellations left by messages on Sundays, Mondays or public holidays when we are closed.

We will send appointment reminders via text 48 hours prior to your appointment date for you to confirm well in advance to help you avoid any cancellation fees.

Your products, services and gift certificates can be paid via Cash, Eftpos, Visa and MasterCard.

We do offer ZipPay & AfterPay for Products, Services and Gift Certificates between $100 - $1000.

As parents ourselves, this is written with the utmost respect to the parents in our salon. Children who visit the salon during their parents’ appointments pose a workplace health and safety issue to the team and clients.

The salon is an environment that has chemicals, hot wax, lasers, sharps and razors.

We encourage parents to visit the salon without their children, please understand that our concern is the safety of your child and our client’s well-being.

Yes. We have free parking available right out the front of the salon.

Each client receives a complimentary consultation prior to their appointment where we customise and package the most suitable treatment to achieve your skin goals. This includes a combination of in salon treatments and home care to ensure you achieve real, visible results.

It is important you advise us of any medical conditions you may have, no matter how minor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, some of our treatments may not be safe. Ensure you communicate with your technician any prescription medication, vitamins or supplements you are taking.

At TBH, we have a range of skin and body treatments available for our pregnant and breastfeeding clients. Our technicians are aware of any products in our range not suitable for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. We do not recommend Nano Fractional RF, Skin Tightening, IPL or Cosmetic Injectables while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Frequency of facial treatments varies. Depending on your skin program, you will have your treatment weekly, fortnightly or monthly. This will be outlined with your technician on your first appointment. Your skin cells turnover every 28 days. As a minimum, you should aim to have your professional facial treatment every 28 days.

Downtime for treatment will vary depending on the treatment performed. Downtime can relate to how long until you can cleanse your skin again and commence your regular home care routine, photo-sensitivity, Erythema (redness) of the skin, flaking or peeling skin and bruising or swelling. Please speak to your technician regarding downtime of your treatment.

When you make an appointment, you will be asked to provide your credit card details to secure your booking.

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee to be processed at the time of cancellation.

The cancellation fee is equal to 30% of the treatment you had booked.

All no shows will incur the same cancellation fee to be processed from the valid credit card on file.

Unfortunately, we are unable to action your booking without a valid credit card on file.

A promotional gift voucher will be identifiable via a messenger bot issued voucher or via a gift card that does not have a gift certificate registration number. Often the registration number section will be blank and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Cannot be used for any promotional services;
• Cannot be used for any services under $120;
• Can only be used for services, not retail products or gift voucher purchases;
• Cannot be divided between services, or exchanged for cash;
• Some promotional gift vouchers may be limited to additional visits if used by existing clients and not used for regular visitations;
• Are restricted to expiry dates;

Client unawareness of such terms cannot be used as a reason for using the voucher outside of these terms.
